Pro Seat Covers Warranty

• Our Seat Covers come with a 2 year warranty for workmanship & normal wear.  We will replace any sections that have worn due to normal use or material defect free of charge.

• If you are not satisfied with the fit of your seat covers, you can return them within 15 days of invoice date for a full refund.  Please note that you must provide a digital picture of the problem for a refund to be considered.  Please also note that although our slip-on seat covers do have an industry leading fit, they are not an upholstery replacement kit.

• Customers are 100% responsible for their choice of color, fabric and correct seat style for their vehicle.  Please make sure you have read the detailed description of the fabrics before ordering.  If you still are not quite sure about the fabrics, please feel free to call us with any questions at 888-821-1066.

• Please note that incorrect installation of seat covers can result in an improper fit.  Please consult our installation instruction page prior to installation.  If you need further help, please feel free to call one of our friendly staff toll free at 1-888-821-1066 or locally at 604-216-1106 or by e-mail.

• Orders more than 2 days old have gone into production & therefore cannot be cancelled unless they have taken longer than 10 working days to ship.

• You must call 888-821-1066 or 604-216-1106 for a Return Authorization Number before returning.

• All returns must be sent pre-paid in the original box to the address given that will be given with your Return Authorization number.

• All returns must be clean & in original condition.

• All returns must be proceeded by an e-mailed digital photo of the problem area.

• If you thinking of giving our seat covers as a gift, please ask about our gift certificates.

Shipping

• All orders within Canada will be shipped by DHL or Canada Post.

• All orders within the U.S. will be shipped by Federal Express.

• Delivery time is generally 10-15 business days from payment anywhere in North America

• Shipping is free for orders within Canada & USA!!!

• Please Note: orders to Hawaii, Alaska & Inuvik will be subject to a shipping surcharge.
